Support our busy automotive glass business as an Office Administrator in Strathmore. Your organizational skills and customer-focused approach will drive our operations every day.
We are looking for a motivated and organized office administrator to manage daily operations. Strong customer service experience is required along with knowledge in the automotive industry. You'll coordinate schedules, respond to inquiries, and manage communications between customers and technicians effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional customer service in person and via phone
• Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries promptly
• Assist walk-in customers with scheduling services
• Source and price automotive materials and parts
• Prepare invoices and handle payments for jobs
Requirements:
• Experienced in administration and customer service roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential
• Familiarity with Quickbooks software necessary
• Positive and helpful attitude towards customers
• Knowledge of various auto makes and models beneficial
