Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and format reports, proposals, and marketing documents
• Manage PDFs and incorporate secure firm signatures
• Consult on best practices for document presentation
• Ensure adherence to risk management standards
• Flexibly support teammates during high-demand periods
Requirements:
• Experience in desktop publishing or similar roles
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office and document editing tools
• Strong client-service ethic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
