Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Property Administrator/Scheduler )

Our client, a well‑established and local property management company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler / Property Administrator to join their close‑knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, cohesive environment where you can take ownership of your work, operate independently, and still feel supported by a collaborative team around you.

In this role, you’ll be a key support to daily operations – balancing scheduling coordination with administrative responsibilities that keep everything running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, resourceful and takes initiative without needing to be asked.

This position is also ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to break into the property management space. While previous property management experience is not required, a genuine interest in the industry and a willingness to learn will set you up for success. You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure and develop valuable skills within a supportive team environment.

A positive, “can‑do” attitude is essential, along with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This team values reliability, collaboration, and someone who takes pride in contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation for each property corporation.
  • Issue and track work orders, following up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of services.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and communications to property owners and residents as required.
  • Assist with general office and administrative functions to support the overall operations of the team.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
