Reporting directly to the Manager of Drilling Operations, the Drilling Administrator facilitates key operations through compliance documentation and operational coordination. You will manage filing systems and assist with contractor records, training materials, and general administrative support for the drilling team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory applications and compliance documents
• Maintain operational databases and well records accurately
• Process field tickets and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and PPE requirements
• Assist with training events and team operational support
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of administrative or operations support experience
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry systems like Wellview
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment
