As a key member of the Drilling Operations team, you will report to the Manager and play a vital role in supporting various administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include preparing regulatory applications, processing invoices, and maintaining operational databases. Occasional after-hours support for urgent tasks will be required, ensuring every operational detail is managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and compliance applications
• Maintain well records and operational databases accurately
• Process invoices, verify documentation, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate onboarding and contractor records efficiently
• Assist in creating training materials and team events
Requirements:
• 1–5 years in administrative support or oil and gas experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
