Immunization Booking Clerk - Health Link

In this role, you will triage calls, book and edit immunization appointments, and ensure smooth operations at Community Health Centres and Public Health Offices. A detail-oriented individual with at least 2 years of call-center experience is essential for success. You will utilize your knowledge of Connect Care systems to maintain client records and adhere to booking guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage calls to the immunization booking line
• Schedule, edit, and cancel immunization appointments
• Maintain electronic client records in compliance with guidelines
• Refer select calls to Public Health after triage
• Ensure accuracy and detail in appointment bookings
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years call-center experience within the last 5 years
• Minimum 1 year of computerized appointment booking experience
• Proficient keyboard skills (45 WPM)
• Effective communication skills across diverse clients
