Drilling Operations Administrator

As a key member of the Drilling Operations team, you'll report directly to the Manager and handle various essential tasks. From preparing regulatory documents to processing invoices and maintaining comprehensive well records, your role is critical. You'll also coordinate onboarding processes and assist with training initiatives to ensure a smooth operational flow within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory applications and compliance documentation
• Maintain well records and operational databases diligently
• Process field tickets, invoices, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage filing systems and SharePoint content effectively
• Assist with training materials and administrative support
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in administrative support or oil and gas
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry systems
• Detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Excel in administrative functions while contributing to Tourmaline's drilling success in Calgary.
