Drive success in event planning and administration as an Event and Admin Coordinator r role involves invoicing, deal information management, and supporting events in Calgary.
CBRE is on the lookout for a dedicated Admin Services Coordinator. With a focus on creating invoices and assisting with major events like the Calgary Real Estate Forum, you will also ensure efficient operations by maintaining conference room schedules and facilities. Backup reception duties will also be a key component of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and compile trade deal information
• Prepare invoices for commission collections
• Assist in planning events such as the AGM
• Cover reception during primary staff absences
• Organize meetings and maintain reception areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED needed
• Up to 2 years of related job experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication abilities
