We manufacture, assemble, and distribute standard and custom pre-hung door units, mouldings, locks, bathroom accessories, and hardware.

What You’ll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting office administration, customer service, and sales coordination. You will handle communications, maintain records, assist with collections, and help ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally and accurately
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for quotes, invoices, and client records
Monitor and order office supplies and materials as needed
Perform data entry, scanning, printing, and other general office duties
Sales & Customer Support Prepare and send customer quotes, invoices, contracts, and order forms
Communicate product availability, delivery timelines, and order status to clients
Maintain up-to-date pricing lists and assist with adjustments in internal systems
Collections & Accounts Support Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
Track overdue accounts and elevate to management when necessary
Assist with reconciling customer accounts and documenting payment arrangements
Reporting & Coordination Generate internal reports on inventory, sales orders, and customer activity
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff regarding deliveries and scheduling
Provide administrative support to the sales team and Office Manager as requested
What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Ability to communicate fluently in Punjabi is considered an asset
Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
