Role Overview
Reporting to the Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that WCD customers and the client’s customers receive courteous and professional service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver all courier packages and other items upon arrival at the client location throughout the day

Ensure delivery accuracy, obtain signature as required

Process all incoming courier items through the package tracking system

Provide guidance to clients on courier companies that would best suit their needs

Complete customer request log throughout the day

Crosstrain with team members to provide vacation, sick days, and high-volume support

Offer exceptional customer service at all times

Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Education

High School diploma or GED

Previous experience in a large volume porter role is considered an asset

Skills and Experience

A solid understanding of computers and office equipment

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain organized

Keen attention to detail

Written and verbal fluency in English

Exceptional customer service ethic that is displayed in the passion for the work

Ability to work in a team or independently

Additional

Heavy lifting is a daily requirement with this role (25-50 lbs)

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
