Elevate your career as a Full Time Care Services Coordinator with Nurse Next Door Home Care Services. Manage schedules and communicate with clients and caregivers in a supportive environment.
This full-time role requires overseeing client and caregiver schedules, answering phones, and supporting field staff through Google Chat and emails. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service while reporting to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and provide support to clients and caregivers
• Maintain and update client and staff schedules
• Respond to last-minute requests and urgent client needs
• Manage Excel tracking systems and office organization
• Ensure employee files are current and certifications updated
Requirements:
• Customer service experience of 1 year required
• MOA designation or relevant experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both phone and written
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Driver's License and access to a car preferred
