Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Administrator to join their team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that supports daily office operations, administration, accounting functions, and internal team coordination within a fast-paced professional setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting office services, shop operations, project teams, and overall business administration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Follow office workflow procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records management
Monitor office expenditures and assist with office-related contracts and services
Perform basic bookkeeping duties and update accounting systems, including expense tracking
Complete data entry into internal computer systems and support Project Managers with reporting
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, redirecting calls, and distributing correspondence
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
Assist with vendor relationship management and coordination
Support adherence to Corporate and Regulatory HSE policies and procedures
Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in an office administration, office coordinator, or similar role
Experience with in the energy, service, or natural resource sector is considered an asset
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Share Point
Experience with accounting and back-office software is preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Working knowledge of standard office equipment
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
