This full-time position involves collaborating directly with the Manager of Drilling Operations. You will be integral in managing regulatory applications, maintaining documentation, and processing field tickets. Occasionally, after-hours support will be needed for urgent operational matters, showcasing the importance of this position in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance documents
• Maintain well records and operational databases
• Manage electronic documentation and filing systems
• Process field tickets and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate onboarding, contractor records, and PPE requirements
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of administrative or oil and gas industry experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
