Mader Mining, a leading global supplier, seeks an Operations Administrator due to significant growth. This role supports the Operations team, coordinating flights, managing multiple compliance portals, and handling accounts reconciliation. You'll gain valuable experience within a well-established company in the mining industry while working a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Multi-task across various administrative assignments
• Coordinate new hire logistics and booking flights
• Manage Roster Management and personal data entry
• Oversee compliance with safety policies and data
• Assist with financial tasks like invoice generation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience required
• Oil and Gas industry knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
