Your role will enhance patient experiences while you manage front desk operations effectively.
As a Receptionist at TLC Laser Eye Centre, you will work approximately 20 hours per week, supporting patient care and clinic operations. You'll need excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and comfort with technology. This role is pivotal for ensuring a welcoming environment and managing patient information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct patients to the waiting area
• Handle phone lines, mail, and patients' appointment confirmations
• Update medical records and appointment software promptly
• Maintain clinic inventory and cleanliness standards
• Report any patient safety concerns to management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities
• Interest in the medical field and customer service passion
