As SAIT’s Finance department seeks a detail-oriented AVP Executive Assistant, you'll report directly to the Associate Vice President. This role involves preparing reports, managing key stakeholder communications, and assisting with special projects while ensuring efficient operations in a supportive environment. Your expertise will help enhance the department's workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the AVP’s calendar effectively
• Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Provide support for the Audit & Investment Committee
• Arrange business travel and accommodations
• Edit and format correspondence and reports
Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum
• Post-secondary certificate/diploma preferred
• 5-10 years of administrative experience
• Experience supporting senior management is advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Support SAIT’s Finance leadership with comprehensive administrative assistance and contribute to key departmental activities.
