Be the face of Carewest as a Casual Receptionist in Glenmore Park. This role combines customer service and administrative support, greeting visitors and managing various clerical tasks.
Reporting to the Operations Administrative Lead, you will be responsible for generating letters, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling meetings. The role requires high attention to detail, efficient data entry, and up-to-date documentation availability in the workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and direct inquiries appropriately
• Prepare and format documents like memos and reports
• Order and track office supply inventories
• Book meeting rooms and schedule appointments as necessary
• Perform data entry with precision and speed
Requirements:
• Graduated from high school; relevant certifications are advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years in a clerical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
