As part of the Chartwell team, you will maintain departmental files, manage mail distribution, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors. You’ll process payments accurately and address concerns from residents or family members promptly. This position offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep department files and office documents organized
• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Answer phones and attend to visitors' needs
• Process financial transactions and manage accounts
• Ensure appropriate responses to resident inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office practices
• Proficient in Word and Excel software
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
