In this full-time, in-office role, you will enhance the productivity of the executive leadership team by overseeing travel logistics, expense reports, and meetings. Your successful track record will be evident as you coordinate complex travel arrangements and act as a key point of contact for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate domestic and international executive travel arrangements
• Prepare and submit accurate executive expense reports
• Schedule and manage executive meetings and distribute agendas
• Organize corporate events and liaise with external partners
• Prioritize requests and manage communications for executives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership
• Proven record in travel management and expense reporting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and professionalism
