Support executive leadership as an Experienced Executive Assistant in a full time capacity. This vital on-site role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills for effective communication and organization.
We seek applicants with 2 to 3 years of business administration experience. In this role, you will coordinate meetings, prepare crucial reports, and facilitate communication within the organization. Your expertise will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and establish administrative procedures
• Prepare and present reports to executive and board members
• Analyze organizational documents for executive review
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements
• Prepare various administrative documents including invoices
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in administration
• Skilled in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
