In this part‐time role, you will manage reception duties, oversee supply purchasing, and coordinate vendor interactions. The position involves significant interaction with clients, vendors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reception and greet clients professionally
- Oversee purchasing of office supplies and vendor deliveries
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Assist in document archiving and shredding processes
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Proven experience in office coordination or facilities management
- Solid customer service and professional communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail‑oriented with solid administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
