The Receptionist, reporting to the Facility Operations Manager, plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for the public. With a minimum of one year’s office administration experience, you will answer phone messages and manage personal inquiries professionally. A flexible schedule, aligned with service needs, is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage first impressions
• Answer phone calls and messages courteously
• Handle personal inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Facility Operations Manager for service scheduling
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
• One-year Office Administration Certificate required
• Class “G” Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Criminal records check upon hiring
• Commitment to community service and diversity
