Position: Calgary Accounting Administrator Role
Join the Paperny Family JCC as an Accounting Administrator in Calgary. This role requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator for the Finance and Administration team. You'll tackle daily finance tasks, from entering revenue transactions to maintaining organized records. Your support in month-end and year-end processes will also be essential for team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete routine bank and revenue reconciliations

• Enter financial data accurately into Sage 300

• Support administrative needs and document preparation

• Assist with major fundraising initiatives and documentation

• Ensure compliance with finance procedures and controls

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail in data management

• Proficient in financial transaction processes

• Experience with reconciliation procedures

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
