Empire Envelope in Calgary is seeking a full-time Service Administrator to manage POs, service work orders, and related documentation for the Service division. You will ensure data accuracy, support timely billing, and coordinate with builders, homeowners, trades and internal teams.
You will use Job Schedule, Plexxis and Supply Pro to process orders, review documentation and resolve discrepancies. A collaborative, professional environment and RRSP matching are offered.
