Administrative Coordinator Development Team

Join the Wilder Institute as an Administrative Coordinator for the Development team at the Calgary Zoo. This permanent role emphasizes organizational skills and administrative support.

You will provide essential administrative support to the Chief Development & External Relations Officer and Director of Development.

Your role requires diligence in maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accuracy while managing various team projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize internal and external meetings

• Maintain office supplies and donor materials

• Help coordinate onboarding and team activities

• Support projects directed by leadership

• Develop the departmental newsletter for communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• At least 2 years of related work experience

• Experience with fundraising teams and processes

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
