Looking for a Sales representative for aggregates in Calgary, reporting to the Sales Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to customers
- Promote Heidelberg Materials’ products and value proposition effectively
- Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer partnerships
- Proven capability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Knowledge of aggregates or construction materials industry is an asset
- Strong technical expertise in customer management platforms, including configuration, integration, and data‑driven process improvements
- This role involves working in both office and field settings, engaging directly with customers and visiting job sites. Travel within the region is required.
