Lead Agile Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology y will be responsible for driving and managing business analysis tasks, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agile framework.

• Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis

• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices
• Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects through effective business analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Certification in business analysis or agile methodology is a plus

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMIPBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis)
