Position: Corporate Real Estate Business Analyst Role
Drive impactful changes at West Jet as a Business Analyst in Corporate Real Estate, focusing on financial processes and stakeholder collaboration. This role is both engaging and essential to the CRE function.

This in-person position is tailored for applicants with substantial experience in financial coordination and operations. You'll engage with critical CRE projects while providing support in procurement and managing vendor relationships.

Your role is vital to delivering insights and standardizing processes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial documentation and reporting activities

• Create dashboards to track portfolio spend and commitments

• Facilitate vendor management and onboarding processes

• Support project documentation and financial tracking

• Assist with workplace experience initiatives and communications

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, business, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles

• Expertise in financial systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Ability to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines
