Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Project Controls Analyst focuses on financial controls, invoicing, and contract management. You will assist in maintaining project integrity through effective data management in Pro Core, while supporting team operations in various procurement tasks. This role suits those with relevant experience in project controls seeking to enhance their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and report invoice statuses in Pro Core
• Review and rectify discrepancies in invoicing
• Support procurement commitments and contract controls
• Oversee documentation and clean project directories
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 2-8 years in project controls or administration
• Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Familiarity with Pro Core preferred
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
