Corporate Development Associate Position

This position involves supporting the Corporate Development team in engaging and onboarding high-caliber advisors, primarily focusing on Private Counsel. You will conduct outreach, develop social media strategies, and organize internal communications to drive recruitment success. Your contributions will be essential for meeting the company's business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit advisors through networking and cold calling techniques

• Execute social media marketing campaigns for recruitment

• Support the preparation of advisor call lists

• Facilitate meetings with potential hires

• Oversee the onboarding of new teams and advisors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development

• Educational background in finance or business administration

• In-depth knowledge of financial services industry

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Certification in CSC or CIRE advantageous
