In the Business Automation team, you will take charge of driving customer success for Enverus’ Minerals products, notably Mineral Soft.

Your role will emphasize process evaluations, improvement recommendations, and delivering product training to clients. You’ll also analyze data to discover trends that support informed decision-making, navigating moderately complex projects with guidance to ensure effective management of risks and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate customer success with expert consultation on Minerals products

• Assess and recommend improvements on mineral management systems

• Provide educational training sessions for optimizing product usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required

• At least 2 years of experience in business process management

• Ability to work independently with general oversight

• Proficient communication and facilitation specialist
