Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee collection activities via various communication channels
• Create and manage detailed accounts statements
• Complete ad-hoc manual invoices and monthly cycles
• Reconcile AR balances with financial systems accurately
• Document all collection efforts and maintain records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in collections and AR analysis
• Experience with Net Suite is beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial software
