Salary range: 74,800 – 91,400 CAD. Annual bonus target is based on base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance.

About the role
Join us as a Category Advisor and help shape the future of Procurement in a dynamic, customer‑centric environment. We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial thinker with standout analytical skills, critical thinking, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and meticulous attention to detail, who can move fast with changing market conditions.

You’ll lead third‑party contracting, applying best practices in privacy and data protection, stay current on market trends, and influence diverse stakeholders with a balanced mix of assertiveness, tact, and diplomacy. If you learn quickly and collaborate effectively and understand both the contractual framework and how technology drives operations, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

Employ a risk‑based approach to determine security and legal requirements for each relationship with a Third‑Party Vendor and assign corporate resources (Procurement, Corporate Legal, Information Security, Risk, etc.) to support contracting activities.

Negotiate agreements below the 250k value.

Monitor contract lifecycle (perpetual, fixed, auto‑renew) in accordance with established corporate governance and appropriate support from cross‑functional experts.

Evaluate contractual hierarchy framework, draft minor amendments and pre‑approved legal templates and manage contract administration throughout the lifecycle.

Identify and raise contracts and third‑party vendor risks while supporting business requirements and improving shareholder value.

Nurture cross‑functional relationships and networks with suppliers, business partners, peers and leaders across multiple functions, divisions and geographic locations.

Support the implementation of all procurement continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Procurement or Finance.

Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing principles and P2P processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to execute projects and optimize strategies.

Ability to review and interpret binding contracts, negotiate terms and conditions and analyze bids – required.

Strong project management, presentation and communication skills – required.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills – required.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident demeanor with the ability to explain and communicate clearly to senior‑level leaders.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required.
