In this pivotal role within strategy and business development, you’ll support the economic evaluation of LNG projects. Your experience in M&A and business development will be crucial as you engage with various stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners, in monitoring global gas opportunities. Prioritize project opportunities based on their potential and guide the organization towards integrated global gas business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and identify global LNG investment opportunities
• Assess pre-FID projects and lead M&A task force
• Conduct negotiations to finalize investment agreements
• Manage due diligence processes with external advisors
• Provide market intelligence for specific project assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in M&A and gas work
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong networking skills within organizations
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
