Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resource planning across all Major Projects
• Facilitate monthly resource meetings with functional teams

• Assist in shaping governance for the Project Management System
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 7 years of project controls and resource planning experience
• Knowledge of WBS, control accounts, and budgeting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
