Position: Procurement Buyer I for Oil and Gas
Join Pantheon as a Buyer I, supporting procurement for a leading Oil and Gas client. This role encompasses end-to-end purchasing, supplier management, and logistics coordination.

As a Buyer I, you will be responsible for executing procurement operations and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Key tasks include issuing and managing Purchase Orders, negotiating terms, and monitoring supplier performance. You'll also engage in maintaining compliance and managing logistics for optimum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Orders for materials and services

• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers

• Ensure accurate system data governance and documentation

• Track supplier performance and address delivery issues

• Support continuous improvement across procurement operations

Requirements:

• Experience in procurement or purchasing

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems for purchasing

• Ability to analyze and report on procurement KPIs

• Understanding of compliance and quality standards
