In this year-round, full-time role, you will manage a dedicated team to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient sales processes. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will focus on optimizing employee productivity while setting monthly sales targets and analyzing conversion trends. Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and coach Heli Sales team to achieve sales goals
• Develop and oversee lead management strategies
• Identify growth opportunities through sales analysis
• Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions
• Coordinate with Guest Experience for seamless service transitions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in leadership within sales and guest service
• Experience in luxury tourism or ski industry preferred
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools
• Clean driver’s license and the ability to travel
