In this position, you will join the Safety Programs and Systems Department, reporting directly to the Manager. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing driver records. We're looking for someone with a passionate approach to implementing continuous improvements and a data-driven mindset to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a safety-first culture and compliance protocols
• Oversee compliance with commercial vehicle regulations
• Monitor driver compliance records and training programs
• Administer fleet management and telematics systems
• Maintain audit-ready fleet compliance records
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or similar area
• 3 years of experience in fleet safety or compliance
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards
• Experience with fleet management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
Your role will be vital in promoting safety and regulatory excellence within Pembina’s operations.
