• Prepare and process purchase orders and change orders

• Review and confirm lien waivers and payment applications

• Track and process business licenses for operational jurisdictions

• Manage certificate of insurance and bond requests

• Resolve documentation discrepancies and issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience in contracts or legal documentation

• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and CRM systems

• Strong organizational and time management skills
