We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager, Project Pursuit to lead early engagement on major capital projects across Alberta. In this role, you’ll partner with EPC firms and end users to shape project direction, influence specifications, and convert opportunities into long‑term business wins.

What You'll Do Lead Project Pursuits- Drive large project opportunities from early concept through execution
- Develop winning strategies, capture plans, and positioning
- Influence specifications and technical alignment
- Establish trusted partnerships with EPCs, owners, and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for key Calgary accounts
- Align internal teams to support growth and delivery
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling proposals
- Support negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM tracking
- Provide clear updates on pipeline, risks, and win probability
- Track project pipelines, industry trends, and competitive activity
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Identify new growth opportunities across sectors
- 5+ years in industrial sales or large project business development
- Proven experience working with EPC firms and end users
- Strong understanding of project life cycles and contracting models
- Demonstrated success influencing and winning large projects
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong pursuit discipline
- Credible and confident at the executive level
- Collaborative, results‑driven, and highly accountable
- Primarily Calgary based with regional travel as required for customer and project engagement
