As a Business Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Manager/Director, Clients & Markets. Central to your role is the execution of business plans tailored for Priority Clients and driving cross-selling opportunities. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for identifying market trends and supporting senior lawyers’ business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement evergreen business plans for assigned groups
• Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities
• Track actions and celebrate new business wins
• Support profile-building efforts for key lawyers
• Provide insights on clients and award nominations
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum 3 years in client relations and business development
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
