Position: Group Benefits Client Relationship Specialist
Enhance client satisfaction with our team as a Group Benefits Client Relationship Specialist in Alberta. Focus on proactive solutions to elevate service and retention for group plans.
This role requires a dedicated professional to manage post-sales activities and build relationships with group plan administrators. You will respond to client inquiries, assist in presentations, and ensure accurate records in  Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of Group Health and Dental products along with 2 years of experience in the employee benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries with proactive solutions

• Develop relationships with group plan administrators

• Assist in delivering presentations at advisor meetings

• Process administrative tasks, including policy terminations

• Ensure accurate records in  and related systems
Requirements:

• Robust knowledge of Group Health and Dental products

• 2 years of experience in employee benefits sector

• Excellent time management and problem-resolution skills

• Proficiency in  and Microsoft Office

• Valid Alberta driver’s license required
