Help shape meaningful connections as a Connector at Prime Match in Calgary. This part-time recruiter role is dedicated to engaging eligible singles who are serious about relationships.
Prime Match seeks a personable individual for this flexible 8–15 hour per week role. You will source and onboard singles by fostering genuine conversations and assessing fit, aligning them with the core values of our premium matchmaking service. Opportunities for expansion within the role will develop as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and identify singles who align with Prime Match's demographic
• Conduct discussions to assess interest and suitability
• Invite qualified candidates to join the matchmaking database
• Support Prime Match events and local partner gatherings
• Document conversations and interactions in the tracking system
Requirements:
• Background in recruiting, client engagement, or coaching
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort in initiating conversations, both online and in-person
• Knowledge of Calgary’s professional community
• Discreet and professional representation of the brand
