Position: Contract Scheduler for Maintenance Operations
Join Agilus by Synergie in Calgary as a Contract Maintenance Scheduler focused on the Oil and Gas Sector. This critical role involves aligning resources and schedules to maintain operational efficiency.

As a one-year contractor at Sunrise Oil Sands, you will develop and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient labor and equipment coordination. Your expertise in CMMS will be vital for monitoring performance metrics and adapting schedules to meet operational demands. Strong analytical skills are necessary to facilitate communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain maintenance work schedules

• Coordinate resources and materials for efficiency

• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards

• Organize and distribute work plans among teams

• Adjust schedules according to operational needs

Requirements:

• Journeyman Trade Certification or equivalent

• 10+ years of industrial experience required

• Extensive CMMS experience, especially SAP/PROMETHEUS

• Knowledge of downtime and outage scheduling

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
