About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and implementation of project management approaches and procedures in the aerospace sector. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, contributing to both ongoing and new programs.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, supporting critical initiatives while developing expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of project plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor project schedules, timelines, costs, and action plans to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Assist in budget planning, financial resource allocation, and cost tracking.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations for issue resolution and process optimization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Provide guidance and technical support to management, team leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Represent the project in organizational and interdepartmental meetings.
  • Ensure quality standards are integrated into all project deliverables.
Risk & Compliance Support
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Support adherence to aerospace certification standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Must‑Haves
  • 1‑3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role (ideal for junior candidates).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, financial tracking, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic about aerospace projects.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • PMP certification (or working toward it).
  • Experience in aerospace certification programs.
  • Familiarity with supplier/contractor management.
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Customer service orientation – commitment to meeting project objectives.
  • Problem‑solving mindset – proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
