Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize category strategies for enhanced sales performance
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage relationships
• Support marketing initiatives aligned with category goals
• Conduct performance analysis and enhance data reporting
• Lead promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in procurement and category management
• Subject Matter Expert in grocery-related categories
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to travel for supplier meetings and market analysis
