Located in Calgary, Alberta, CoolIT Systems, a leader in Direct Liquid Cooling technology, is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst. You will support forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and executive decision-making across various departments. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or business analytics, with strong Excel and CRM skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own recurring pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting

• Analyze sales-cycle velocity and revenue risks

• Build executive-ready dashboards and scorecards

• Partner with Sales for improved data quality

• Support strategic account reviews highlighting trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• 3-5 years in Revenue Operations or analytics

• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables

• 2-3 years experience with CRM or ERP systems

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
