ECO Canada is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to advance its environmental and sustainability initiatives. This position within the Professional Services team centers on developing and implementing strategies to source and secure new projects from diverse stakeholders. You will analyze market trends, monitor RFPs, and work collaboratively on compelling proposals to strengthen the business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities in environmental sectors
• Monitor RFPs and funding announcements actively
• Build a strong pipeline of leads and partnerships
• Develop comprehensive proposals and funding applications
• Maintain business development system and reporting
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in business development and proposal work
• Proven success in securing funded projects
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with government and non-profit organizations
• Degree in relevant fields, graduate education is a plus
