Reporting to the Sales Manager for Western Canada Food Service, you will drive strategic growth in key markets and manage the development of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include executing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present at food shows to bolster Nortera’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Food service Growth Strategy across assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Analyze sales data for strategic decisions
• Conduct business reviews and presentations
• Manage pricing activities and customer complaints
Requirements:
• 10 years of Food Service industry experience
• Strong account management and negotiation skills
• Based in Alberta with a focus on travel
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Proven ability in customer training and engagement
Achieve sales targets and inspire customers while contributing to Nortera's mission.
