As a Senior Operations Manager at FLINT, you will report directly to the Area Manager. This vital role involves developing local strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies. You’ll engage actively with local communities and represent FLINT at events to foster business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pursue business growth through networking and community involvement

• Support strategic account management with client engagement

• Lead FLINT's Health, Safety, and Workplace culture initiatives

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals

• Conduct routine site inspections focusing on safety and quality control
Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrical or Instrumentation Trade certification

• 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas or industrial contracting

• Strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks
